Refund policy

All purchases are final sale only. If any items are received damaged, the customer has 48 hours to notify us of damages, & include pictures. From there, it will be a case-by-case basis.

Rugs are also final sale. 

Custom orders are non-returnable or refundable after purchase. 

Furniture can be returned within 7 days of delivery, and customers will be charged a 20% restocking fee and the cost of freight for the return shipping. After 7 days, furniture cannot be returned. Custom furniture is non-returnable or refundable.
