Shipping time is 3-4 weeks or less on all rugs, as your rug is made specifically for you. All of our rugs are made in the US. We do not stock rugs. We build them order by order, so your rug is made just for you. The reason it takes so long is because these big guys take longer to produce, then they ship by freight, not regular shipping. BUT, they are definitely worth the wait, I promise!
PLEASE NOTE: The shipping charge that you pay when your order is processed will not be right. You will be contacted when your rug is ready to ship about the actual cost of shipping, so we can collect that payment. The area where the rug is being delivered to as well as the size of the rug will determine the cost of shipping. Shipping costs range from $36 to $100 for the bigger rugs. Thank you for your understanding. What you paid will be deducted from the actual cost in shipping.
*** ALSO NOTE: Once you order, these rugs are put into production and cannot be changed, and orders can not be canceled, as these are made specifically for each customer as the orders are placed.
