A Brie baker is dish, that is oven safe, that you can use to bake brie or anything else. Brie bakers are versatile and can also be used for other dishes like dips, tarts, or even as small pet dishes. I use ours to roast potatoes, or small servings of anything that I want to bake in the oven.
Measures 9 inches across and also comes with a bamboo canapé knife as well.
