Levi’s inspiration in drawing “Topped Out” ~ 
This is a term that is used when referring to a cowboy on a high point. “Any time you get a chance to get out of this Damm brush and see what the hell’s going on, YOU take it!” A older gentleman told me that one time when I was younger. I think he was mad, but it is sound advice.
